Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Velva, ND

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Duration: 8 Weeks

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care assignment in Velva, North Dakota. This opportunity is ideal for nurses dedicated to delivering quality patient care and supporting residents in a skilled nursing environment.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, perform patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patient safety, comfort, and dignity
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and condition changes
• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to residents
• Assist with care coordination and communication among healthcare teams

Requirements

• Active RN License required
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
