Direct Support Professional (DSP) @ Genesis DTC Community Day Services

FULL TIME Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. ~ Monday - Friday

Starting Pay up to $16.00 - $26.00 - Based on Experience

***$1000SIGN ON BONUS***

Do you have a passion for helping others?  Join our team as a community day services direct support professional (DSP)!  Here you are able to assist adults with intellectual disabilities engage in programming and participate in community activities.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements 

·         DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training

·        A high school diploma or GED 

·         Lift 50 lbs

·         Pass a criminal background check

*****Valid driver’s license and clean driving record****

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Duties

&hearts Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADL’s 

&hearts Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a    safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning.

&hearts Monitor individuals and engage in redirection.

&hearts Document individual’s activities, concerns and progress notes as required.

&hearts Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles.

&hearts Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.
