Postpartum RN Night Shift: Care Coordinator

Your future role at a glance Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Specialty: Postpartum Schedule: Full-Time | Nights How you'll make an impact in this role Clinical Governance: Executing direct nursing care while upholding strict organizational standards and medical protocols. Case Management & Monitoring: Actively implementing care plans, tracking patient progress, and documenting clinical changes in real-time. Interdisciplinary Leadership: Serving as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication between all healthcare disciplines. Continuity of Care: Proactively assessing and organizing the resources needed for a safe and successful patient discharge. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
