A law firm seeks a skilled Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its team in Florida. Duties Collaborate with partners and team members on business restructuring, insolvency, and complex litigation matters. Manage a diverse caseload in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, and commercial disputes. Assist in case preparation, research, and legal drafting for complex business matters. Appear in court for contested hearings, depositions, and trials. Work on legal strategy, advising clients on complex commercial litigation and restructuring issues. Take a proactive role in case management, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients receive timely updates. Provide mentorship and support to junior associates and team members. Requirements 3-7 years of experience with at least 3 years in bankruptcy, restructuring, or complex commercial litigation. Solid understanding of bankruptcy and reorganization practices; eagerness to further develop expertise in this area. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with court appearances, contested hearings, and depositions is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida. Ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritize competing demands, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Florida State Bar. Skills Advanced research and analytical skills. Strong legal writing and communication skills.
