Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations./ppWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at one of our facilities. As part of your job you will have to complete all maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, while promoting and practicing safety at all times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant equipment by finding ways to eliminate unscheduled downtime and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for:/pulliMaintaining and repairing all production equipment and industrial facility/liliWorking independently and as a team member/liliAssisting production in manufacturing on an as-needed basis/liliUpdating and maintaining accurate maintenance records/liliMaintaining work area in 5S condition/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:/pulliHave a high school diploma or GED/liliHave 3-4 years related experience and/or training in an industrial maintenance environment/liliDemonstrate mechanical and electrical skills/liliHave excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills/liliExhibit the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form/liliDemonstrate ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic drawings to determine the proper work procedures and assembly requirements/liliHave direct knowledge of how to troubleshoot, repair and maintain pumps, mixers, and processing equipment/liliBe able to lift up to 50 lbs/li/ulpIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:/pulliProblem-solving skills/liliConduit bending, stick welding, mig welding and tig welding/liliCutting torch and pipe threading/liliPrevious experience within the Ink Industry/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
