MEP Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale data center projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments and has experience managing MEP-intensive construction from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover . Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of MEP scopes on data center projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls Lead coordination between MEP subcontractors, engineers, and field teams Oversee procurement of major equipment (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, etc.) Drive RFI, submittal, and change order processes Ensure alignment between construction activities and commissioning milestones Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and sequencing of MEP work Interface directly with clients, consultants, and commissioning agents Support risk management, QA/QC, and project reporting Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing MEP scopes Background in data centers, mission critical, or large MEP-driven projects Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and controls Experience with commissioning and turnover processes Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6 Ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders simultaneously Willingness to travel or work on project-based assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
