The Manager Medical Group will oversee internal medicine and other physician practices that serve as essential access points for patients throughout the region. Reporting to senior healthcare operations leadership, the Manager Medical Group will receive executive support while providing day-to-day guidance across practice operations, staffing, budgets, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and provider relations. The Physician Practice Manager will partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, friendly nurses, medical assistants, administrative colleagues, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to build engagement, improve access, monitor key performance indicators, and advance consistent standards across ambulatory services.
