• Shift: 4-day clinic (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) + 1:4 call rotation, weekends Fri 8 am – Mon 8 am
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certs: Active Arkansas medical license, Board Certified in OB-GYN, PALS, Fetal Monitoring Certification
• Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (additional pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB-GYN outpatient clinic services four days per week
• Perform routine exams, screenings, and patient counseling
• Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 rotation)
• Assist with fetal monitoring, NST, ultrasounds, and in-house lab work
• Collaborate with NP staff in clinic operations
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality patient care standards
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

What You Need

• Active Arkansas medical license and Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• PALS and fetal monitoring certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OB-GYN clinical experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call needs
