Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care to individuals and families at all stages of life, from newborns to seniors.
• Address chronic illnesses, preventive health, acute conditions, and mental well-being centered around a patient-first philosophy.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized care plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Indiana medical license.
• Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
