Seeking a highly experienced Executive Producer to join a fast-paced in-house creative organization and own end-to-end production across branded content, advertising, and marketing campaigns. This individual is a production leader with deep craft expertise, someone who has spent years in advertising agencies, content studios, or production companies and has built a robust, trusted network of directors, production houses, editors, photographers, vendors, and subject-matter experts.

The ideal candidate brings sharply honed production instincts. They know how to build the right team for any brief, negotiate aggressively for quality and value, and deliver exceptional work within budget. They are as comfortable navigating a high-profile brand campaign as they are engineering a cost-efficient social content sprint. They bring a network that opens doors and a process that keeps productions on track.

This is a highly visible role that demands world-class production expertise, strong creative partnerships, and the ability to independently drive results across a diverse, high-volume portfolio of work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience producing work for a major consumer lifestyle, fitness, sports, or related consumer-focused brand, either at an agency or in-house.

• Experience spanning both agency/studio environments and in-house creative organizations.

• Experience with broadcast advertising production, including knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, union labor standards, and talent usage agreements.

• Familiarity with emerging production formats including short-form video, creator-led content, interactive experiences, and live production.

• Experience working with or producing content for high-growth, culturally relevant, or industry-leading consumer brands.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $110.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
