Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students with speech and language needs. This full-time position spans the school year from August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You'll work onsite, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve communication goals and thrive academically.

Qualifications:

• Current and active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Accepts both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Solid communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
• Provide consultation and training to support staff as needed
