Our team is responsible for delivering robust program quality across the full product lifecycle.What You Will Be DoingAs the Sr Manager Program Quality Engineering you will be responsible for leading the quality organization, shaping strategy, and ensuring flawless execution of quality processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-Manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements.- Liaise between programs, manufacturing sites, and the supply base. - Ensure compliance with customer and program requirements. - Optimize program quality execution while mitigating risks.-Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support.- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to establish and maintain quality standards. - Develop talent and drive continuous improvement through data analysis. -Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers-Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Basic QualificationsTechnical Engineering degree at the Bachelor level or above or equivelant combined education/experienceProven experience leading effectively in a concurrent development/production program areaExperience leading quality in sensor and missile programsExperienced leading Bid, Proposal and Estimating efforts and the development of Quality Assurance Basis of Estimates (BOE)Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceAbility to travelDemonstrated ability to develop compelling strategies that drive business resultsDesired SkillsExperience with control and disposition of non-conforming material in Aerospace industry, including previous or current Material Review Board Quality Engineering authorityLean / Six Sigma or ASQ Certification in QualityAdvanced AS9100, AS9102 and TS 16949 interpretation and application experienceEarned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM)Familiar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished Equipment/Property during field, ground or operational testsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $178500.00 - $331500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
