G&GA Company is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team supporting high-profile themed entertainment, commercial construction, and custom fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional precision welding skills, experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel, and the ability to fabricate and assemble components to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components for themed environments, architectural features, and structural assemblies.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning surfaces before welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, plasma cutters, band saws, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Work closely with fabrication, installation, and project management teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Travel to project sites as required for installation support and field modifications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of TIG welding experience in fabrication or construction.
• Strong experience welding stainless steel and aluminum .
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Welding Certification (preferred).
• Experience in themed entertainment, scenic fabrication, architectural metals, or custom fabrication.
• Ability to perform MIG welding when needed.
• Experience working with ornamental metals, handrails, decorative structures, or specialty fabrication.
• Forklift, aerial lift, or telehandler certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds .
