As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. • You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement * You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. * You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
