Job Description:$17.00/hourScope of PositionTo provide data entry, outreach and administrative support to program staffEssential FunctionsPerform filing and file auditsPerform timely and accurate data entryAssist with tracking and reporting program data and maintaining spreadsheetsContact customers to schedule meetings, testing, etc., provide reminders and follow up on customer employment statusDocument all customer contacts and services providedAssist program staff with onsite events and activitiesOrganize and update training provider informationCreate and update flyers and other promotional materialsWork confidently with technology and leverage tools such as AI applications and other software solutions for document and workflow creation and revisionOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience RequirementsExperience in answering and making phone calls in a courteous, efficient mannerGood interpersonal skillsMust be computer literate and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTyping skills preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
