Branch Manager - Management Trainee Program (Solar Distribution)

Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables . We have over 100 locations around the country so opportunity is all around you! As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large-scale solar projects - including project management, warehouse management, logistics, financial services, and project design support. We act as a contractor’s one-stop shop for end-to-end project support.   Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training . On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management.   While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic multi-faceted environment.   Job Requirements RELOCATION REQUIRED* Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program (up to 1 or more times) Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future) Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience Demonstrated leadership or involvement in student organizations Demonstrated experience facilitating teams or groups successfully Leadership Skills Self-Motivated and Proactive Team Oriented Competitive Entrepreneurial Spirit Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills Effective Problem-Solving Skills   Essential Job Functions: ~ Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business ~18-24 month on-the-job rotational training in various departments including warehouse, accounting, sales and management. ~ Relocation at some point during program required to get exposure to different market and leadership experience. ~ Virtual online trainings as well as in-person trainings that occasionally require travel Company Description About: Greentech Renewables is one of the largest distributors in the renewables industry, providing customers with the appropriate tools and informational resources to design, finance, sell, and install PV and energy storage solutions efficiently and cost-effectively.
