About the Role

As a Virtual Client Benefits Advisor , you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefit programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online platforms

• Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefits and coverage options

• Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process

• Build lasting client relationships through trust, integrity, and outstanding service

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Requirements
