Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Baytown, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, innovative team that acts with integrity. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the chemical and petrochemical location, including buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Document patrol observations, incidents, and potential hazards, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
