Warehouse Specialist

Warehouse SupervisorThis individual will be responsible for supervising our potato warehouse operations and supporting management in providing daily tasks to the warehouse employees. They will coordinate with the plant for load out and ensure necessary coverage. They will maintain the warehouses and ensure daily tasks are accomplished. Their work must be completed in a safe, professional and timely manner.$21.50 - $23.75 / hourComprehensive benefits packageTraining and development, as well as opportunities to grow within the organizationSpecific duties include:Coordinate with the plant for load out and ensure proper steps are completed efficiently.Support the compliance of all food safety regulations and workers safety.Support the warehouse team by providing direction and answering questions for daily tasks.Communicate effectively with management and team members.Maintain buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate condition.Leading a crew during harvest and planting.Repair, maintain and operate equipment as well as other farm and agriculture duties.Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all tools, machines, and equipment.Operate agriculture and farm equipment.Flexibility to work in a variety of roles dependent on the farm needs.Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D.
