Warehouse Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
Lifeline is hiring a Warehouse Technician for its Miami warehouse and seeking a hard worker with a strong team ethic to join a fast-paced fulfillment team.
Lifeline Pharmaceuticals is a national wholesaler of brand and generic pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers. Lifeline’s strong manufacturer relationships and dedicated sales and customer service teams make Lifeline a trusted resource to thousands of customers in the United States.
Pick, Pack and Shipping Responsibilities:
- Select and package products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Use ERP technology, including handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- Survey items for possible damage or defects before shipment.
- Fill customer orders promptly by picking, scanning and verifying quantities.
- Handle, install, position, and move materials to optimize inventory and meet customer orders.
- Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operate various pieces of equipment, such as palletizers, dolly loaders, pallet wrappers and forklifts.
- Stock shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise and maintains products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes.
- Assist in counting inventory and maintaining inventory quality controls.
- File receipts and tracks orders using order fulfillment software.
- Shipping Orders via FedEx software and local Courier services.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Receiving and Stocking
- Receiving vendors shipments and scanning product into inventory.
- Inspecting for damages and verify lot & expiration
- Unload pallets from trailers.
- Stocking products on the shelf.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
General Warehouse
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe work area.
- Abiding by OSHA and Pharmaceutical regulations
