Summer internship from June 1st until August 7th Pay: $23.00-$30.00 based on year in school 100% onsite work in Indianapolis, IN Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern who is currently enrolled in college to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while working on impactful projects. The ideal candidate is someone getting a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning of some projects within the company. Sourcing and implementation of pre-made buffer. Help complete Visio Library build out of all possible components. Source and implement modular shadow board to be used across multiple processes for PUPSIT/filtration at IMF. Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources. Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and contributing ideas for process improvements. Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering). Basic understanding of project management principles and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively.
