About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing behavioral health program in Meadville, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join its collaborative clinical team. This role offers a balanced practice model, strong institutional support, and a genuine opportunity to shape psychiatric care in a community-focused setting.

The organization continues to invest in expanding mental health services, including the growth of its inpatient behavioral health unit from 20 to 28 beds , creating long-term stability and professional growth potential.

• 70% Inpatient / 30% Outpatient mix
• Occasional consultation-liaison responsibilities
• Inpatient unit with structured, team-based care model
• Supportive multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Focus on continuity of care and clinical collaboration

• 1:5 rotation
• Weekday call: Phone-only coverage
• Weekend call: Includes rounding responsibilities

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong interest in inpatient psychiatry and collaborative care

• Competitive base salary (based on experience)
