Quality Manager

Basic Function:

Responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System and day-to-day operations of the Quality Department while providing strategic leadership as a member of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

#128176; Identify and achieve $45,000 in annual cost reductions
#128207; Manage gage calibration
#128269; Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and subcontracted parts
#128221; Conduct internal Quality Management System audits
✅ Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System
#127919; Meet annual corporate PPM goals
#128196; Create, modify, and submit PPAPs
#128202; Ensure Quality Management System compliance with ISO 9001 standards
#129309; Monitor and report supplier quality and on-time delivery performance

Principle Duties:

#128203; Coordinate annual internal and external ISO audits
#128197; Conduct biweekly L10 meetings for the Quality Department
#129309; Manage customer audits and 8D requests
#128101; Manage PTO requests for Quality Department staff
#128230; Provide customers with RMAs
#128202; Provide quality and performance data to leadership and management
#128197; Conduct quarterly 555 meetings with staff
#128269; Review daily quality check sheet data
#128721; Stop production or customer shipments when parts do not meet print specifications

Education amp; Experience:

#129504; Skills: Proficient in GDamp;T and standard measuring equipment, including micrometers, optical comparators, and dial indicators
#127891; Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
