\nYou’ll practice in Hermiston, Oregon, a vibrant hub of agriculture and commerce in Eastern Oregon, known for its strong community and outdoor charm.

Compensation & Benefits
\n• Base salary: $73,900 – $111,600 (based on experience)
\n • $5,500 sign-on bonus
\n • $4,000 relocation assistance (if over 100 miles)
\n • Health, dental, and vision insurance (multiple plans)
\n • 12 vacation days + 9 holidays + 2 mental health days
\n • Sick leave: 8 hours/month
