Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions on mental wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the counseling field.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice counseling.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and varying mental health issues.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
