Direct Support Specialist
Mosaic Life Care
As a Direct Support Specialist at Mosaic Life Care, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and individuals with daily living, behavioral, or developmental needs. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and therapeutic activities while monitoring health status and documenting observations. Working closely with nurses and care teams, you help implement care plans, support patient independence, and ensure safety and dignity. Mosaic Life Care’s culture of compassion, innovation, and teamwork offers ongoing training, mentorship, and growth while you make a direct impact on patient and community well-being.
