Position Overview Work Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States Engagement Model: Employment; fixed-term/temporary Start Date: As soon as possible Project Duration: Around 5 months Payment Conditions: $57.50 per hour Role Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for monitoring study participant’s vital signs and ensuring their safety during research sessions. The RN will perform health assessments, monitor vitals, and communicate with the data collection team to manage participant safety. Responsibilities Monitor and record participant’s vital signs during study sessions Review Physical Activity Readiness forms and conduct initial health assessments Communicate with the data collection team regarding participant's health status Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation Required Skills Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and using medical equipment Strong communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills in emergencies Knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality Required Experience and Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of Georgia At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Experience in cardiac care or exercise physiology is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity TransPerfect provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr TransPerfect
