Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues independently or in collaboration with physicians, depending on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and holistic disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your practice scope
• Engaging in continuous patient follow-up and chronic disease management
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintaining precise and thorough documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR)

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Needed

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
