DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet store operating policies and standards which include providing quality beverages and food products, cash-handling, and store safety
• Engage with all guests and build rapport by discovering and responding to their needs
• Communicate clearly with professionalism at all times
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
• Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to understand and complete oral and written instructions; request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with all guests and team members
• Able to work as part of a diverse team
