About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Audit Executive to lead its Global Audit & Advisory function. The successful candidate will be the highest-level audit officer, responsible for the independence, integrity, and strategic direction of the global audit and advisory services. This role demands a strategic leader who can establish and execute a multi-year audit strategy aligned with enterprise risk priorities, business transformation initiatives, and regulatory expectations. The Chief Audit Executive will also be tasked with building and sustaining a high-performing, globally diverse audit organization, championing a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the function is a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and hold professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' experience in internal audit, public accounting, or risk management, including a senior audit leadership role within a global financial services organization, is required. The role involves enterprise risk-based audit planning, board and audit committee governance, executive advisory, and global talent development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of direct engagement with Audit Committees and Boards, strong executive presence, and exceptional leadership capabilities. Experience in financial, actuarial, and reinsurance audit oversight, as well as in technology, cybersecurity, and data governance audit, is essential. The Chief Audit Executive will also be responsible for maintaining audit quality, and standards governance, and managing the global audit and advisory budget.
