SAGE Dining Services is on the lookout for an awesome Barista/Cashier/Server to join our team at a top-notch private day school on the west side of Nashville, TN. If you've got the skills to craft delicious, imaginative coffee-based beverages, we want to tap into them and have you become a key part of our community!

Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 3:00 p.m.
- Catering events in the evenings or on weekends, occasionally with notice.
- Summers off!

Greet guests cheerfully, answering guest questions, taking orders, accepting payments, and preparing and serving food and drinks.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area; updating displays; and continuously expanding their knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile.
Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations.
Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Assist in training new Team Members.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Record all transactions in the point-of-sale system.
Collect payments by accepting cash, credit, debit, or flex dollars, per venue requirements.
Balance bank by counting drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
Barista experience preferred.
Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred.
Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
