We are seeking a reliable and flexible 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Floaters to support multiple departments within a fast-paced production environment. This position offers exposure to various manufacturing processes and is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support across multiple manufacturing departments as needed.
• Perform packing, assembly, machine support, and general labor duties.
• Rotate between work areas based on production demands.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
