Hotel Front Desk Representative Come join our winning team at the Comfort Inn Caldwell. We are currently looking to fill both shift Morning (7-3), and Afternoon (3-11). About the hotel The Comfort Inn Caldwell is located at 44380 West Hills Lane Caldwell. Job Description Responsible to attending to the need of guests, especially during check in and check out process. Essential Job Functions Wear required uniform including name tag, earpiece, and radio. Greet all guests. Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities. Respond to guest requests. Sell rooms to walk‑in guests. Enter and change reservations in the PMS system. Post charges to guest accounts. Process payments from guests. Make necessary changes to guest accounts. Inform housekeeping about room changes. Listen and respond to guest complaints. Operate the answering phone. Clean front desk and surrounding areas. Complete shift checklist. Maintain daily logs. Balance cash drawer. Stand for an 8‑hour shift. Additional Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude conducive to team growth, hospitality, and working environment. Participate in further hospitality training and education.
