Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate will be responsible for warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and delivery support. Duties include picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking materials, unloading trucks, and assisting with deliveries of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, appliance, and construction-related products. This role requires working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesPull and prepare orders for shipmentReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsAssist drivers with deliveries and unloading trucksHandle HVAC, plumbing, lighting, appliance, and construction materialsOperate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentRead and follow work orders and pick ticketsAssist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movementRequired Qualifications3-6 months of recent, consecutive warehouse experienceSit-down forklift experienceCherry picker experienceAbility to work at heights of 12-15 feet and use rolling laddersReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift 55-75 lbs regularlyAbility to bend, twist, pull, stand, and lift throughout the shiftAbility to read and understand work orders and pick ticketsPreferred QualificationsWarehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, delivery)Product knowledge or the ability to learn quicklyPrevious material handling experienceIdeal CandidateDependable and safety-consciousComfortable working in indoor and outdoor environmentsPhysically fit and capable of handling heavy materialsExperienced with warehouse equipment and order fulfillment processes
