Job Requirements:

• Must have valid CDL-A with 2 years of recent experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and road test
• Clean driving record and adherence to all DOT/FMCSA laws and regulations
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely operate equipment in varying weather and road conditions
• Strong communication skills with dispatch and customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Expectations:

• Full-Time, Company Driver
• Local and Regional Midwest Routes
• Assigned equipment with automatic transmission vehicles
• Capable of working variable schedules based on customer freight demands
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and on-time service
• Ability to adapt to changing road and weather conditions
• Familiarity with GPS and electronic logging systems
• Professional communication with dispatchers and customers
• Reporting any maintenance, freight, or safety issues promptly
