Healthcare Technician - Female RN-AN without license -Filipino

The Healthcare Technician supports healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role does not require a professional healthcare license but requires strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to follow medical instructions and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment Support nurses and doctors during patient care procedures Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards Transport patients within the facility when needed Document patient information accurately Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines Qualifications RN, AN, without license with Proft with certificate Certification in healthcare assistance or caregiver training is an advantage Basic knowledge of healthcare and patient care practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Compassionate and professional attitude Experience Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred.
