Trellis is hiring a motivated Recruiter to build a scalable recruiting engine for Insurance Agent roles and improve funnel performance. You will source across channels, screen efficiently, and partner with Consumer Operations to move candidates through a fast-moving process. This hybrid role based near the Phoenix, AZ area offers hands-on learning in high-volume recruiting, exposure to process improvements, and room to grow with a mission-driven, remote-first team that values impact and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trellis Technologies
