Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized IR imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic images
• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures, adhering to best practices and sterile technique
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes during procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies, following strict infection control protocols
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and observations in medical records
• Remain up to date with the latest advancements in imaging technology and radiology safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with an IR specialty or equivalent required
• State licensure (if applicable)
• Proven experience as an IR Tech or in a comparable imaging role within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Proficiency in operating IR imaging equipment and performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, regulatory requirements, and sterile field maintenance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
