Home Care Now, a Help at Home company, is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care and companionship. Join our team and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

About the Role

In this home care position, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing personal care and support with daily activities. You will follow each client’s plan of care, with caregiver support available 24/7 when you need help or guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a valid Florida 40-hour Home Health Aide (HHA) training certificate.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Successful completion of Florida Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Commitment to completing company and state-required training.

Responsibilities

Your duties may include the following, based on each client’s plan of care:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and provide mealtime assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to help clients stay safe.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing support.
• Offer companionship and assistance with daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to your supervisor.
