CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview- Strong first-year earnings on dedicated freight. Earn up to $85,000 in your first year hauling dedicated, regional flatbed, RGN, and specialized freight like precast concrete, construction equipment, and building materials, with per-load pay of $48.35-$468.86 based on load and distance.*

- Guaranteed pay while you get rolling. Get a guaranteed minimum of $1,250 per week for your first 6 weeks, so you start strong from day one.
- Home weekly, every time. Run regional routes that get you home every week, including weekends - no long stretches out, no guesswork.
- Trucks you'll be proud to drive. Roll in well-maintained Kenworth T800s, T880s, and W900s, or Peterbilt 567s - quality equipment built for drivers who take pride in the job.
- Training that builds your skill set. Get on-the-job training in multi-axle, RGN, and open-deck hauling, so you can grow your career and your earning potential.
