Visit our Institutional Page About the Role We're looking for an experienced, curious Product Marketing Lead to help define how we launch and grow our product in the US. This is a senior individual contributor role with a lot of leadership through influence. You'll be the closest partner to Product and Growth teams on n arrative, gotomarket, segmentation, and performance. You'll shape the story, run launches endtoend, and set the standard for how we communicate with customers. You'll join a small, ambitious team that values craft, velocity, and genuine collaboration. We test, learn, and iterate quickly - and we use AI heavily to multiply our impact. You'll have room to drive strategy, roll up your sleeves on execution, and become a defining voice for product marketing in the US. From day one, Product Marketing is at the table - shaping roadmaps with customer and market insight, defining fullfunnel marketing strategy, and keeping us aligned with longterm business priorities and product success metrics. This is a highownership role, building something new from the ground up. This role is based in Miami, Florida. What You'll Own Business & outcomes Own key US product marketing outcomes for your area - e.g., awareness, engagement, and adoption - with clear, measurable impact. Turn company and product strategy into sharp positioning, segmentation, and GTM choices: where we play, who we focus on, and how we win in the US. Narrative & positioning Own the endtoend product story and value prop across key touchpoints so we're clear, differentiated, and believable. Use market and customer insight (quant, qual, competitive) to evolve our value proposition and influence the roadmap. Partner with Product and Growth teams on pricing, packaging, and offers where relevant. Translate the product story into highimpact web and landing experiences, working with Growth and Design so our site, landing pages, and inproduct surfaces tell a consistent story. Launch & GTM Lead messaging and gotomarket for major product and feature launches - from strategy and positioning through planning, execution, and postlaunch readouts. Design integrated GTM plans that connect brand, product, lifecycle, and performance channels. Channel, acquisition & lifecycle Design and run programs across inapp, email, push, SMS, and emerging channels to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Partner with Growth on website and landing experiences - you own the story, messaging hierarchy, and marketing assets Work closely with Growth so our lifecycle journeys feel coherent, onbrand, and right for US customers. Customer, market & performance insight Build a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, segments, and jobstobedone. Turn research, data, and competitive signals into crisp segmentation and clear calls on what we say, build, and test next. Track the US consumer fintech landscape and bring those learnings back into the work. Experimentation & KPIs Define success metrics and guardrails for launches and campaigns. Design experiments (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) and own the performance story - what happened, why, and what we do next. Crossfunctional leadership & enablement Act as the connective tissue across Product, Growth, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Ops so strategy, execution, and narrative stay aligned. Serve as a trusted subjectmatter expert, influencing senior stakeholders with datadriven recommendations and simple, strong storytelling. Build narratives, playbooks, and toolkits that make it easy for leaders and teams to tell the story the same way. Create executiveready narratives (decks, onepagers, briefings) that clearly connect product, customer, and business impact. How You Work Senior PMM generalist - Product marketing is your home base, and you're comfortable stretching into growth and lifecycle when it helps the business. High ownership - You take initiative, operate with autonomy, and naturally seek out context, partners, and answers. AInative - You use AI daily for writing, research, analysis, and workflow automation and are eager to find new ways to go faster and deeper. PMlevel intuition - You can read a roadmap, find the real customer and business insight, and turn it into a clear story and GTM plan. Strong craft - You write clearly and make complex ideas feel obvious and human, adapting your style for product, engineering, design, legal, and leadership. Datadriven - You're comfortable in dashboards and light queries, and you turn results into focused next steps and smart tradeoffs. Customer and marketobsessed - You like talking to customers, reading feedback, and tracking the category - and you fold that into your work. Adaptable & startupminded - You're comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy hightrust, handson environments. MustHaves 8-10+ years in product marketing or very similar roles at consumer tech or fintech companies, including time as a senior PMM / PMM lead on highimpact launches. Proven track record owning endtoend product or major feature launches with clear, quantified business impact. Comfort with data and light analytics (selfserve tools, dashboards, basic analysis tied to a clear narrative). Handson experience using AI tools as a natural part of your daytoday work. Based in Miami, Florida (or willing to relocate); hybrid inoffice. Nice to Have Experience across multiple areas (e.g., growth, brand, lifecycle, paid) and working with senior crossfunctional stakeholders. Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, etc.), partnering with Legal/Compliance/Risk on consumer communications. We know no one checks every box.
