A Day in the Life:

As a Superintendent Intern/Co-op, every day brings a new lesson. You'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.

Here's what you can expect:

• Field Operations Gain exposure to how ARCO manages daily job site activities from site mobilization through project completion.
• Safety Leadership Participate in daily safety meetings, job site inspections, and learn how to promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Scheduling & Coordination Assist with coordinating subcontractor activities and monitoring progress to help keep projects on schedule.
• Quality Control Observe and support quality inspections to ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and ARCO standards.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Active Driver's License
