Job Overview Global Lean Management Expert / Engineer (f/m/d) Bergheim, Austria About the Role To strengthen our global Lean Management team, we are looking for an experienced Lean Management professional who drives continuous improvement through the PALFINGER Production System (PPS) and ensures measurable and sustainable impact across our global operations. As a Global Lean Management Expert (internally classified as Global PPS Engineer), based in Bergheim , you define, implement, and continuously evolve the global PPS framework, ensuring standardization across all locations and alignment with corporate objectives. In this role, you drive the development and governance of PPS and ensure cross-functional improvement initiatives deliver measurable impact on operational excellence and cost efficiency.
