ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a small but close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years in appliance sales before a recruiter from State Farm reached out and set me on this path. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Enterprise Management and German, and I’ve been married for 10 years with four kids who keep life full and fun. We’re actively involved in our community—my husband coaches soccer, we donate to local schools, adopt families during the holidays, and even bring a Grinch costume to spread cheer around Christmas time.

In the office, we keep things supportive and engaging with daily training, a Friday book club, coffee, and plenty of team lunches. We look for empathetic, kind, and coachable people to join us. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Spencer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
