About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for GP&T Strategy, Transformation and Portfolio Management Office. This role is pivotal in setting the strategic direction for the global products and technology sector, as well as the digital and tech domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and governing multi-year transformation programs to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving tech world. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs, driving agile delivery, and managing the digital and tech portfolio of merger, acquisitions, and divestment programs. The VP will also oversee the portfolio management office, contractual and finance operations, and lead cultural initiatives to foster a thriving and inclusive work environment. Applicants for the VP role at the company should hold a degree in business and information technology or a related discipline and have a proven track record of leadership in a complex, matrixed environment. The position requires experience in driving large sourcing and product delivery programs across multiple geographies, as well as a strong background in managing Cx level stakeholders.
