Crouse’s Surgical Suite/Operating Room is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee service delivery and patient procedures. Pay Range: $100,000/year + based on experience and education Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm, other shifts as neededClinical Supervisor Position ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate services in the daily operations of the department. Functions as a member of the management team, assisting the Nurse Manager in overseeing the unit according to required professional, legal and regulatory accredited standards, and to act as a role model for all unit staff.Clinical Supervisor Position RequirementsMust be currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or a Bachelor’s degree in another field with current matriculation in a Master’s in Nursing degree program with an established program end-date required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire or within 6 weeks after hire. Three (3) years’ experience as a staff nurse with a demonstrated expertise in a clinical field (Operating Room or Surgical Nursing). Certification in a specialty area preferred.
