ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. I've spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
