We are seeking compassionate and dependable L icense Practical Nurse dedicated to providing quality resident-centered care in a fast-paced SNF environment. Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available. Responsibilities : Provide nursing care and administer medications/treatments as prescribed Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the care team Assist with care plans, documentation, and daily resident support Supervise and support CNAs during daily operations Maintain infection control and safety standards Compensation Weekday pay starts at $33.00 with full benefits or up to $38.00 for no-frills options Weekend pay starts at $36.00 up to 38.00 Additional shift differentials available SIGN ON BONUS up to $2000 REFERRAL BONUS up to $1000 Benefits: Comprehensive medical, RX , and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications : Active New Jersey LPN license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS certification SNF experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills About Us: At Imperial Healthcare , we take pride in treating each resident and their family members with compassion, dignity, and respect.
