As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Evenings in Mount Pleasant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. You will be part of a team that puts people first, acts with integrity, and brings agile, reliable, and innovative service to every shift.

- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control practices, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
- Support closing and opening activities as directed, help with crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
