Regional Operations SpecialistPay & Benefits $65,000-$72,000/Annually with bonus potential Benefits available on the 1st of the month, following only 30 days of employment:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts for Medical Expenses and Dependent CareShort-Term Disability Income Insurance – at no cost!Long-Term Disability Income Insurance – at no cost!Life Insurance – at no cost! *Additional buy-up option available401K plan with employer matchAdded benefits:Tuition assistance program - up to $4,000 annually$1,000 employee referral rewards15 PTO days per year1 volunteer time off day per yearPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays20% rent discount at any Berger community – eligible on your first day of employmentLocation: Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA.Type: Full TimeMinimum Experience: Three years of property management experience, high school diploma or GED.Role and Responsibilities As the Regional Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include:Supports on-site teams with training needs as directed by RPM.Resource to the on-site teams for system functions and opportunities.Provides coverage for Community Manager/leasing office team members as directed by RPM.Monitor, review, and evaluate market surveys for new insights.Review and evaluate lead management and recommend actions as needed for optimal lead response and follow up (Neglected leads, lead activity, lead to tour and closing ratio, etc.)Review recorded leasing and customer service calls to identify training opportunities and highlight top performers.Support strategic action plans for focus property performance improvement within region as directed by RPM.Conduct leasing overrides as needed.Review monthly commission reports and compare property management software to confirm eligibility.Review advertising and social media for content and engagement.Review and assist with revenue management pricing recommendations and rate publishing as needed.Assist in integration of new acquisitions including participate in due diligence and market research as needed.Create social media and Viva Engage posts to celebrate team successes including Employee SpotlightDirect regional/multi-site leasing team members as needed.Accounts payable functions including review, audit, and processing as directed by RPM.Support accounting month end functions including month end checklists and activity, GPR review and corrections, and variance notes as directed by RPM.Assist in resolving resident opportunities that escalate beyond Community ManagerPlan miscellaneous events as needed.Regularly monitor and follow-up with Community Managers on Berger U assignments within regionProvides coverage for RPM as needed · Other duties and projects as needed.About You You might be a great fit for this Regional Operations Specialist role if you have:Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal reasoning/communication skillsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Be dependable, reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required or higher standard.Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards and policies.Positive, "can-do" attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasmDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.Experience with property management software.Knowledge of Fair Housing lawsPassion for continuous learningWho We Are Berger Communities embraces a strong organizational culture that drives a quality living environment for our residents, and a desirable place of employment for our team members.
